Peter M. Kuhlmann, Managing Director

Peter is a specialist in human capital management and business services transactions.
He has been closely involved with the formation and early growth of nine national/international
staffing organizations. With 18 years M&A experience, he co-founded Acquest in
1993 after serving as managing director responsible for North America for Translink,
a Swiss owned M&A concern since 1986. Peter is also a principal of Limeport
Investments LLC, an investment partnership that makes equity investments in young
growth companies. He is a director of Amex listed Tuxis corporation and is on the
boards of several private companies. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin,
Madison.
Kenneth B. Lacy, Managing Director

A specialist in technology-based businesses, Ken has more than twenty-five years
of M&A experience. He is a Certified Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from
the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ken co-founded Acquest in 1993.
Prior to Acquest, Kenneth held positions at Prudential, Amerofina, Peregrine, Geneva
Business Service, and Translink.
