Beginning with the rapid build-ups of Swiss Adia S.A., and British Hestair plc in the 1980's, we have been involved in the creation and development of nine HCM companies that have reached national and/or international prominence. All told, Acquest principals have been involved in more than 80 completed HCM transactions in 14 countries on 5 continents.

TMP Wordwide (now Monster Worldwide Inc.) - Acquest introduced and negotiated 15 of TMP's 19 eResourcing deals which created a $1.5 Bn staffing group in 18 months.

COREStaff Inc. - introduced three major deals to launch firm, including entry into IT space through the acquisition of Comsys.

MSX International - introduced and negotiated 5 deals creating a multi-regional network from a single-client Detroit based entity.

Logical Options (formerly South African Educor Ltd.) - introduced and negotiated 5 deals creating multi-regional U.S. Company.

Staffing Resources (formerly Temp Associates companies) - introduced financial backers and then introduced and negotiated first three deals of 18 which created a national staffing company.

RCM Technologies - arranged merger with The Consortium which created a "story stock" with 8X price increase and led to 20 further acquisitions.

AccounTec (now Accretive Solutions) - introduced and negotiated first platform deal (Dickson Associates) which led to a multi-regional specialty Accounting & Finance Group.
